The AgriLife Advanced Leadership Program Cohort II met in College Station on September 24-27, 2012, for their first session, Setting the Course. Members participated in the TEEX Urban Search & Rescue Disaster City Challenge. The group was immersed in a series of scenarios designed to test both individuals and teams, honing their teamwork, communications and leadership skills.
